Pay Range 19 to 20 We are seeking a Fueler to join the company, a premier supplier, in Memphis, TN. While working in this clean, climate-controlled facility you will have the opportunity to be directly involved in the evolution of the industry. Basic Purpose: • Responsible for fueling fleet in a timely manner each night. • Minor maintenance tasks to maintain the condition of the fleet. • Minor mechanical work on trucks and trailers. • Fuel tractors and trailers in the fleet on a daily basis. Related Experience: • Vehicle mechanical aptitude. No CDL requirement. • Prior fueler experience preferred. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: • Able to read and write legibly; good communication skills, organizational skills, ability to meet daily goals and deadlines. • Tell us about the project and day-to-day responsibilities for the contractor and the type of environment they will be working in. • Washing and detailing trucks, trailers, fleet vehicles/equipment inside and outside. Scrubbing and brushing as needed to remove filth. Cleaning the wheels and cabs. Other duties as assigned. • What are three MUST HAVE skill sets (technical) that are required? • Must be physically able to handle to the workload • What is the highest level of education required? Are there any certification requirements? • HS Diploma/GED. • Fieldglass Time In/Out – Contractor required to submit their own time. No paper timesheets or emails will be provided to the MSP Team/Supplier. • How would you best describe the team culture. • Very helpful, team oriented and safety oriented. • Team is close knit, work closely together, and are very tenured. • Do union represented employees normally do this work.
