Job Description
Pay Range 38 to 42

We are seeking a HR Business Partner to join the company, a premier supplier, in Wayne, NJ.

Key Accountabilities:
•	Act as the primary P&C contact for employees and managers during the post-Day 1 hypercare period.
•	Provide timely guidance on people-related topics arising from the separation, including policies, systems, benefits, payroll, reporting lines and employment matters.
•	Track, triage and resolve issues, escalating risks or recurring themes where required.

Employee and Manager Support:
•	Advise employees and line managers on day-to-day people matters, processes and ways of working.
•	Build strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand challenges and maintain engagement through the transition.
•	Partner with CoEs, P&C Operations, Reward, Talent Acquisition, Digital, IT, Payroll and external providers to resolve issues and maintain critical people processes.
•	Coordinate support for more complex employee cases and organizational issues.
•	Escalate high-risk issues and provide clear updates through to resolution.

Stakeholder Management
•	Build strong working relationships with leaders, managers and key stakeholders across Castrol.
•	Share employee sentiment, risks and emerging issues with the wider P&C organization.
•	Work collaboratively with P&C teams to deliver consistent employee experience.

Continuous Improvement
•	Identify opportunities to reduce employee friction points and improve service delivery.
•	Capture lessons learned from hypercare and support improvements to P&C processes.
•	Contribute to guidance materials, FAQs, manager toolkits and employee communications.

Essential Experience and Skills
•	5-8 yrs experience in an HR or P&C advisory, coordinator or generalist role.
•	Bachelor’s degree required
•	Strong customer service mindset and ability to manage high volumes of queries.
•	Experience supporting organizational change, transformation or business transitions is desirable.
•	Prefer strong Workday experience.
•	Prefer HR experience in the Oil & Gas industry
•	Prefer bilingual English / Spanish &/or English /Portuguese
