Directs single project team and manages total project scope from conception to final completion. • Manages necessary resources and administration from within and outside the organization. • Typically reports to a project director, executive or director. Incumbents are in a temporary position or work assignment. • This title is used only for the duration of the project. • These projects support the implementation of the customer experience strategic roadmap and include the implementation of several AI Projects. Skills Required: • Ability to work and develop rapport with all levels of management and staff. • Ability to represent the project and the company in public forums. • Strong team building skills. • Negotiating skills. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation capabilities. • Ability to manage multiple priorities. • Strong project management skills are required. • Experience in project management, relevant technologies including AI implementation, and in the assigned project areas. • Change management preferred but not required. • Candidate will be expected to go to office when requested and at least two-three day per week in-office.
