· This is a non-exempt position.

· Must have some manufacturing experience (does not have to be medical that is a plus)

· Must pass eye exam and color vision test.

· Ability to follow policies and procedures.

· Ability to read, write, and interpret information.

· Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.

· Ability to use hand tools to manipulate, handle or feel.

· Ability to sit/walk/stand for up to 10 hours a day.

· Ability to intermittently crawl. Squat, climb, twist, bend, stoop, push or pull.

· Must possess visual acuity, i.e., close, distance, and color vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

· Ability to coordinate and work well with others in a team.

· Ability to navigate a computer and utilize basic desktop computer skills.
