Pay Range 84 to 88

We are seeking a Sales Force Product Manager to join the company, a premier supplier, in Memphis, TN.

Job Responsibilities:
•	Serve as the product manager for Salesforce Sales Cloud
•	Manages product(s) features (deliverables/trade-offs). 
•	Influences internal partners, and engineering and UX teams’ priorities.  
•	Voice of the customer. 
•	Owns feature roadmap. 
•	Works with customers, partners, and engineering management to define/clarify product features and roadmap priority (e.g., customer experience (CX), compliance, accessibility, etc.).
•	Owner of setting priorities, defining success metrics, and implementation with specific actions to achieve specific goals.
•	Creates clear communications to ensure working group and all stakeholders are informed. 
•	Optimizes feature roadmap intake. 
•	Connects teams to end-user/customer experience. 
•	Monitors, tracks, and improves metrics (KPIs, adoption, etc.). 
•	Challenges the status quo. 
•	Works with end users and internal supervisors. 
•	Knows the key players in their space and builds trust and rapport. 

Basic Qualifications
•	Minimum five years of experience as a Product Manager.
•	Minimum three years of experience with Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud.
•	Understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to perform basic configurations
•	Understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
•	Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
•	Ability to write quality business and technical requirement documentation to translate between business and engineering.
•	A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.
•	A demonstrated ability to understand and recommend automation solutions and articulate the requirements.
•	Track record of developing products in an Agile development environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
•	Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
•	Salesforce experience in Sales Engagement, Case Management, Campaigns, Marketing Cloud/Account Engagement, Territory Planning, CRM Analytics preferred.
•	Ability to write queries for data evaluation.
•	Understanding of API development, Data Migrations and cloud services.
•	Experience with integration between Salesforce and Snowflake.
