Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the company, a premier supplier, in Camarillo, CA.

•	 The primary goal is to maximize customer satisfaction by ensuring we meet our commitments to the customer. 
•	This position will process and track quotes and orders from request for quote to shipment. 
•	This includes working with sales on quoting product, providing status on orders, issuing RMA’s for items to be returned, and monitoring RMA process.  
•	All activities involve extensive interaction with customers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
•	Entering Sales Orders in SAP
•	Changing existing sales orders in SAP
•	Status orders
•	Export licenses and control
•	Issuing and tracking RMAs
•	Creating quotes and monitoring quotes
•	Distributing S.O. materials and paperwork
•	General departmental logistics and office support
•	Process and maintain Orders utilizing various internal systems
•	Manage customer schedules and websites as required
•	Work closely with Accounts Receivable and Customers for quick resolution to contested invoices and deductions.
•	Know and apply all terms of Long-Term Agreements for assigned customers. Develop and maintain customer information documents for other team member’s use.
•	Work closely with operations and supply chain to ensure Customer on Time Delivery
•	Create, update, and manage Service Requests and Opportunities for customers
•	Proactively monitor customer delivery schedules and track critical shortages. Team with Supply Chain Management to expedite urgent customer needs.
•	Analyze and Problem solve customer specific performance issues
•	Perform other tasks/duties as assigned.
•	Associate degree from an accredited institution.
•	Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or sales.
•	Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or technical environment
•	Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:
•	Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
•	Customer service experience, interaction with the public.
•	Inside sales experience.
•	Experience using SAP.
•	Proficient with all MS office products.
•	Must have good problem-solving skills.
•	Needs basic contract understanding in the form of Purchase Orders and Government Contract orders.
